Do not call hotel for reservations. All bookings are done through this site.
Taxes are 12%, added to daily rates. Your card will be charged the first nights stay and is non refundable.
If it declines, you will have 24 hours to fix the situation for the charge to go through or your room will be released.
Once you book, you cannot downgrade your room type.
Reminder, ALL rooms are non-smoking. The hotel will charge a $250 sanitization fee if any evidence of smoking inside. Please use your balcony with
doors closed with an ashtray or cup of water. DO NOT flick ashes over balcony or throw your cigs over. If the hotel attempts to charge you this amount and
your card is declined you will be banned from all future Plus Dimension events and put into collections.
The hotel will also charge a cleanup and damage fee for any rooms left in bad shape after event or any damage on property. Please clean it up before you
leave. Also remove any decorations and use tape that does not take down paint or wallpaper. They will charge for repairs.
For any questions or concerns after check in, please go to front desk. You will love this location! Lots of places within walking distance too. Grocery,
Dunkin Donuts, liquor, souvenir shops and restaurants. There are nearby bike, scooter, motorcycle and car rentals.

Breakfast is served by hotel, on first floor of bash central building. Due to Covid, this may be a 'take & go' breakfast with no dining room option.
Other hotel guests also utilize these spaces, so please be courteous and dressed.
Lunch and dinners are served by us in bash central, but is only us.
Please do not drink and drive. There are restaurants to walk to, or order delivery if you don't like what we are serving or on the mea not included nights.

The beach is a short walk and requires you climb a few stairs up and a few stairs down from the ramp. No scooter access unless you go from
the pier and then your scooter must maneuver in the sand. Please do not go to the beach alone at night or anytime if you have been drinking.
If you are not used to swimming in the ocean or waves, they will quickly pull you out or under, so buddy-up, and please remember
swim at an angle to get back to shore, don't try to swim straight to the beach, it won't work. NO GLASS ON BEACH. NO RED SOLO TYPE CUPS ON BEACH.
Please pick up all trash. Our ocean is not your garbage can!
21 & older with ID strictly enforced for May event and 18+ for those bringing children to family event.
Event bracelets must be worn at all times all weekend for entry to tower,
tower pool, parties, and meals. REMEMBER No glass at pool, not even in your cooler. Also all coolers will have to be parked outside of the gate due to limited space.
Bring plastic cups and pitchers for the pool, but no glass. No plastic disposable cups on the beach due to environmental safety concerns, no glass either.
Locals or people driving in, please bring folding chairs & pop up cabana if you have one. Bring them to your room at night or bike lock
them to the fence. No drinks in or out of restaurants. Leave your cup at the hotel.
Florida Law strictly enforces no public drinking. This includes walking to local spots.
