You are charged first night hotel room which is non refundable and non transferable once charged. If your room charge for first night does not go through you have 24 hours to fix it or you are canceled.  Everyone must be booked at hotel. Cancel anytime within 15 days of event and you are charged the full event dates. Do not register and pay until you are 100% sure you can go. By paying and reserving you are agreeing to all terms, conditions, rules and information on this site.  If the bash is postponed for any reason, your room dates will change accordingly to the next event date. No refunds as previously stated.  We will comply with any government restrictions and may enforce additional rules as we see adequately fit for safety precautions.

To register for the family bash, please click on the menu and then form and complete the form.  The hotel will get the form and charge you a one night non refundable deposit.  If you want to pay your balance in full before arrival please let Amy know and she will have hotel charge you one full night at a time or full balance. No food or drinks are included.  The grill will be available. And treats will be provided to the kids.  Please plan on decorating for roaming room parties. That is the kids favorite night! Pool time  Beach time. Friend time.
